HOW TO USE
Your nighttime ritual:
Clean: Wash and completely dry your nose, removing any skincare, oil or makeup.
Peel: Carefully remove the Nose Strip from its backing.
Position: Place it across the lower bridge of your nose, just above where your nostrils naturally flare.
Press: Smooth the strip down and press firmly for a few seconds to help it stay securely in place.
Remove: In the morning, wet the strip with warm water or remove it gently in the shower.

I saw these nose strips on Instagram being recommended by Caroline Fabfatand40plus she is a trusted person. I have tried many many other nose strips, but honestly these are the only ones that have actually stayed on all night and work. They really do Stick (don't put creams around the nose) & can be a bit hard to take off. I now wet them 1st.

I started on a quest to sleep better and luckily discovered Kip&Glow. I was feeling the benefits and mentioned to my husband, who never uses anything. He tired the nose strips, and honestly he suffers with his sinus and allergies, he couldnt believe the difference they made. He is completely obsessed now and notices the nights when he doesnt use them. He has also tried some before and they never stayed on or felt comfortable- these ones actually work and have the staying power.
