kip&glow Returns & Happiness Guarantee Policy

At kip&glow, we stand by our products and want you to love your sleep transformation. That’s why we offer our 30-Night Happiness Guarantee—if you’re not completely obsessed, we’ll make it right.  

1. 30-Night Happiness Guarantee*
- Not loving your kip&glow product? No worries! If you're not satisfied within 30 days of delivery, reach out to us, and we’ll issue a one-time full refund or store credit—no hassle, no questions asked.  
- No need to return the product—pass it on to another mouth breather in your life and help them discover the magic of better sleep!  
- The Happiness Guarantee is limited to one refund per customer, ensuring we can continue offering this benefit to as many people as possible.  

2. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll send a replacement or offer a refund ASAP.  

3. How to Request a Refund
- Simply email [hello@kipandglow.com](mailto:hello@kipandglow.com) with:  
  - Your order number  
  - A brief reason for your request (optional, but helps us improve!)  
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method or as store credit if preferred.  

4. Non-Returnable Items
- Since our Happiness Guarantee allows you to keep the product, we do not accept physical returns for hygiene reasons.  
- Final sale or promotional items are covered under the 30-Night Happiness Guarantee unless otherwise stated.  

5. Subscriptions and Refunds

- The 30-Night Happiness Guarantee applies to your first subscription order only.

- Renewal orders (subsequent subscription charges) are non-refundable once processed and shipped.

- You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date through your subscription management link (provided via email).
