HOW TO USE
Your nighttime ritual.
Clean – Wash and dry your face, ensuring your mouth and nose are free from oil or makeup.
Peel – Remove the Sleep Tape and Nose Strip from their backings.
Apply – Firmly place the Sleep tape around your lips and the Nose Strip across the lower section of your nose right above where the nostrils flare out.
Breathe – Let your nose do the rest.
Come morning, gently remove the nose strip in the shower or with a splash of water.
If you’re new to the routine, give yourself a little time to get used to it. Start with clean, dry skin, make sure you can breathe comfortably through your nose, and let it become a small part of bedtime rather than another thing to perfect.

I have tried so many mouth tapes but this is by far my favourite. They are gentle on the skin but still stay on the entire night. You should definitely give these ones a go if you want to wake up feeling rested. They come in the cutest storage tin as well

I’ve been using these for about a month and they are honestly amazing. I’ve suffered forever with chronic rhinitis, poor sleep quality and just general congestion and exhaustion. My sleep quality is revolutionised and if it was socially acceptable to wear the nose strips all day I would! I’m not taking antihistamines as often and I’m waking up feeling like I’ve genuinely slept. An excellent product 🌟
